Problem with Rizzuhs helper

My bro seems to have a problem that when he wants to crouch he sometimes gets stuck. He's using Rizzuhs buyscript and so. Does any1 have an idea what he has to change to get it good?

GEt him to check if hes bound "duck toggle" instead of "duck" in the settings, in rze's cs helper you can bind duck & walk toggle & duck/jump, i'm guessing this thats what hes done.
