Just keep in mind if you're caught doing this you'll have your game license revoked and will have no claim to get the cash back. Steam ban entire accounts for VPN purchasing like this too. Just make sure you're willing to accept the 'risks' of such practices.

I agree this is a risk but there is nothing in the EULA that explicitly restricts doing this (please show me if you find something as I did read it in full).  People get banned for playing region locked versions of the game in other regions using a VPN from another region but I couldn't find any that were banned for purchasing using a VPN (from the official Rockstar launcher).  Rockstar make it really easy to purchase from another country as when you click on the purchase button you have the option to change country for the payment.  You would think they would be trying to make this a difficult process.   Anyway, time will tell and I'll let you know if there are any issues :)

After thinking about it I moved these posts to compost corner as it is a grey area and I don't want dMw to be seen as promoting this type of activity if it is indeed an issue.
