I'm getting a bit more time on PC now for obvious reasons and I have hankering for bygone days of FPS and other socials. My issue is I can't guarantee I'll be available so I've dabbling in games single player.

I have just had my reality checked. I've downloaded Hong Kong Massacre and stuck it on medium thinking I'm an old hand. I've got a few fast twitch reactions left. Slo-mo? Max Payne? I'm a legend at that, I'll play it through then maybe ramp it up a notch.

Level 1, room 1. Dead.
*chortle, just warming up.
Repeat.....drop into settings, drop to easy.
Repeat.....oh god, I have a life of Euro Truck Simulator ahead of me.

In the queue - Sekiro, I dread to start it.

It's basically Farming Simulator all the way now

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

BrotherTobious

I really want to play sekiro but like you I need to be ready for it

I am playing lots of cod warezone at the moment. They do single player trio and quads and it is
Also wreckfest is great fun and cheap.

Lota have gone back to overwatch.

I really want doom eternal but my rig won't do it justice

Try Goat Simulator.... you should be OK at that :rumpy:

Benny

I'm not sold on Sekiro, it's ok so far.
Hong Kong Massacre is awesome though! And quite like Wreckfest, not tried online!

I logged onto a CS 1.6 server today for the first time in a decade :o

I was terrible... Comically terrible.

Since then have installed CS:GO and been doing a lot of bot practice, and have now managed to get the boys up to "hard" but still struggling...

I want to play the old classics:

BF2 with us all trying not to fall out a chopper while @suicidal_monkey cartwheeled us across the sky.

ARMA 2 with OB the medic patiently reviving me for the eleventyth time... And us all stood around waiting for Doorman to catch up with us after his tactical detour...

CS de_aztec getting AK sniped by Sadako from 4 maps away because I had the temerity to think about defusing a bomb

Singing "bad boys" on mic with DuVeL because we'd had a couple of beers yet somehow managed to survive a horrendously outgunned round.

etc etc

Any of that still happen?

I genuinely want this.

But the point of games so you can do stuff you wouldn't normally do in real life! Walking in the hills is a doable thing. I could understand it being good for us folks in the flats of the Netherlands, but the Surrey Hampshire border! lol
Cheers, Bert

Ha ha ha, given your previous reputation I did not expect the "O" in virtual O to be orienteering... :lmfao:
