I know, it's old and past it, much like me, but it's very rare I get this far and I'm quietly proud of myself. It's rare I like a game because I'm a miserable old **** but a years worth of conference calls meant i needed something to do :)

What have you completed.....and rate it "Brass" style.

I'll start, in the next post.

I finally got round to completing Half Life

It was ok - ending cutscene wasn't worth it though

What is that one? A LOTR game?

Shadow of War.....took far too long but I was committed :) And there's something quite cool about choosing all the evil kit and mind controlling orcs.

Nice, I finished HL2 at the beginning of lockdown #1, it was quite enjoyable.

I completed Disco Elysium and I highly recoomend it to anyone interested in a DEEP story, great story-telling and near perfect role-playing.
It is a point and click detective story. The art style is a sort of painted visual which looks beautiful when you're in it.
I wouldn't say its a particularly long game to get through, but it will have your head spinning, and your mind blown by its depth and story and lore.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Did you play the one with all the new audio? I intend to get to it in the next month or so, really looking forward to it.

Yes dude! This is exactly how I was able to enjoy the whole experience, I played it when it released and just skipped way to much text, the Final version is just perfect through and through with all that dialogue, and some of the voices are incredibly well done.. I won't spoil anything but there are some that are familiar!

I think the only game in my list with all the achievements ticked is into the breach

Just finished Subnautica: Below Zero, absolutely stellar and worth every penny of the £14 ish I spent on it in early access WAY back when. Playing the full release without ever taking a swim in EA seems to have paid off, the story is as rich as ever the lore is oozing everywhere and just generally a great world to be in (if you like worrying about your breath and the constant terror of underwater horrors, which I am very fond of :roflmao: )

I rate it 8.5/10 for extremely smooth sci-fi water world fun!

I'm terrible for completing games, one game I do however remember completing was dying light and cannot wait for the second one to come out! :)

I bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition on a close friends recommendation.
Having never played ME1 and only playing the intro to both 2 and 3, I'm proud to say I've completed Mass Effect one and am now neck deep in the lore and story of ME2

Mass Effect 1 sets up a universe on the level of if not better than Star Wars / Star Trek for me personally, I sincerely hope we get an adaptation to film or series, it is such an awesome Sci-Fi but future of earth story.

Should have stopped there tbh, it only goes downhill from then on.

You could write your own ending to the series from there, act it out with lego, and have a far more rewarding experience.

I'm not bitter, you're bitter. You're all bitter.

:D

Shame as ME1 is indeed amazing. Glad you enjoyed it, and hope you have a better time with 2-3 than I did - the bar for that isn't high as you might be able to tell!
