sorry its a late reply but unfortunately i wont make it in October  alot of trouble at work at the moment and wont be able to get the time off but im 100% in for next,   on the plus side at least the wifi will be amazing with all the 5G kicking around in everyone xD GL HF bois

turns out I have to take leave so i'm in the UK for 3 weeks....unfortunately i couldn't move it 1 week...so still cant attend the  lan .....Bugger

This is my blocker for future LANs, and basically any regular travel back to the UK to see friends and family. The restriction might be lifted today.[/FONT]

*IMPORTANT* Due to lower numbers this LAN, we aren't using many of the rooms the hotel have blocked out for us. They now have other guests wanting to use the rooms, and want to free some up if we aren't going to use them.

So, if you want to come to the LAN, you MUST book your room by the end of the week or you risk losing the chance - you may find the hotel without a room if you want any longer.

Hey all,

We unfortunately had a death in the family just before I was due to book my room and I have been wating for funeral arrangements before looking to contact ther hotel. We now know the funeral wont be next week. Unfortunately the cromwell is fully booked now due to a wedding on the Friday-Sunday period.

If anyone is looking to cancel let me know as I would like to potentially take your booking.

They have a couple of rooms left which are reserved for dMw. If you can call now and talk to Amy on reception, I've told her you're coming. I couldn't book it for you as I didn't know which night you would be arriving.

I thought through every way I could get there and the only real option would be if I could get a lift to Peterborough on Friday afternoon 4pm to get a Day 2 PCR that would also be acceptable as my 48 hour before flying back to the Netherlands.

I wouldn’t put that on anyone given it’s the first LAN for ages and everyone will want to enjoy it.

I also just confirmed that I only need 1 test as long as my Day 2 is within 48hrs of arriving back in NL.

So I need:
1) A 1 - 1.5 hour of a drivers time to get me to Peterborough and back.
2) A room (share?) Friday and Saturday night.

is the a greenwheels type company in the UK?
