Sadly there is no cross play between game pass and steam atm :/

End game is pretty terrible with randoms atm at least. The matchmaking isn't ideal, and there is nothing stopping clueless people from queuing into the hardest missions only to ruin your day.

How is the stability? I read some shocking reviews of crashes and quality of life stuff being dreadful.
