I have just been notified that I have been awarded "Teacher of the Year" in the Chemical Engineering and Biochemical Engineering educational programs. It is the students that nominate and select the awardees. It is very unusual that PhD students recieves this award.

I am still a bit stunned but also very happy.  :D

Congratulations M8. It must be very rewarding to be able to pass your knowledge on to Students and know they in turn appreciate your efforts. Well done :worship:

I dont think its related to this in any way but i just picked up from the News that Sweeden is currently in in crisis over a lack of teachers in the "Chemical Engineering and Biochemical Engineering field"....Reports say only one PHD student was available to be enterd into this years coverted "Teacher Of The year" :devil:
