My machines have been chomping on these behemoths WUs recently - has any one else been getting them?  They earn 160 points per WU     That's over twice as big as the previous biggest.   These two projects are taking just over 30 minutes per frame on an XP2500 - that's a two day WU!

Looks like a nice interesting project too!

These projects study the unfolding pathway of a p53 dimer. P53 is a tumor suppressor protein whose disfunction is implicated in over 50% of human cancers. A series of other projects in combination with this project may shed light on the process by which four copies of p53 come together to form the active complex.

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]

suicidal_monkey

how do you tell what number the thing is? Mine says p697_L939_WT_Rayleigh

it's not exactly a quick process, is it...

i would guess its 697.

im running a measly 40WU project at the moment :(

never mind, suppose it will be over quick.

GRIM_REAPER

A wise man once said im going to play Counter-strike

Hang on that was me :)

Liberator

My poor little 2nd machine is chomping through 858.

1700+ with SSE boost enabled, 36 minutes a step!

Still, looks like I'll be keeping the WU count down, with major pointage!
