Very much unlike Elvis,  Ts may leave the building, but only to the grass area behind the house, i.e. by the back stairs and the grenade breakable window in to the hostages.  

Once out on the grassy area, Ts should not advance further towards T spawn than the 'garage' area on the right (the one where a CT can throw a grenade into the building through the gap at the top of the wall.    

Ts may also go up onto the roof.

Ts should not exit through the large front door or enter the sewers.
