A Challange Map

When we get to challenge another Clan I think that we get to choose the map?

So my thinking is we should decide what map we are all-comfortable with and practice this map hard. Then when we challenge we can use the same map. I think we already use Aztec as an unofficial challenge map cause we do play it a lot.

What do u pips think?

sounds a good idea...... aztec is ok by me but then again any map is ok by me as i sux at them all

Couldn't agree more, JAS.

i'd like to put Inferno up for consideration. It's an interesting map, lots of strategic corners, no terrible choke points and there's enough variation on routes to come up with simple or intricate pre-planned tactics. It's got good balance and suits both PCS and match style of play.  And i think it's one of those maps that always really benefits whichever team has put the most thought into it as well.

i think inferno and aztec r good maps to challenge but i also would like to put forward train, as i have just made a challenge on this map

Couldn't agree more with Sheepy, train is a great map, it give PCS people an advantage cause it has lots of hidy holes and shaddows to lurk in. I love it.

i was in two minds about putting Train and Inferno when i posted, i think Train is also a great map, and has all the qualities of Inferno. i plumped for Inferno in the end as i think the nature of it allows for a little more planning time before positions are taken up, and although i would rather see Inferno as the map, i am more than happy to go with Train if that's what more people would prefer.

As far as Aztec goes, like smite, i wish it would. As far away as possible...

eggs not a good anouncement for u then. we will very rarly if at all b playing inferno, in my mind the bomb sites r 2 far apart and we need 2 become better shooters before we can play this map well,
aztec we will b playing as it is a very good map. and is known well, todays practice shows that we need to do some work in defence but we may b ok in attack [the opposite to what rad said that the start of the training]

i've had worse, "Hi Honey, i'm home..." often being one of them....but don't get me wrong, i'd still much rather play Aztec than none at all, and i still really enjoy it, just that i like the others much more.

So does this mean we're going to be concentrating on Aztec and Train, or just Aztec?

i, like eggsy have also heard worse, the words "There he is" spring to mind but i also lurve inferno in that special way and it is one of the few maps that we as dmw have tasted a nice victory on so lets get it on. Train is cool, but it is sooo old and theres too many dark hidy holes, remember we will be playin the match rules which are "there are no rules".
this one will run and run personally i would rather play dust if ya gonna go for an old map now thats a proper map, back when i was a lad.......
