Problem

I seem to have stopped producing work units according to the web stats page. I have had a few issues with a dodgy firewall rule that stopped FAH from connecting home for a day....

...but that was resolved.

Since then I've completed seven work units which according to the log files I've managed to send to FAH and collect a new one each time. Nothings showing up though?

I just seem to be stuck on 76 WU's when I think I should have completed at least 83? If the WU's are getting out through the firewall now, why don't they show up on either of the web stats pages? The first of these missing WU's was completed and sent on Monday 5th July?

Any clues?

Stanford stats often seem to get 'stuck' and the WUs come through in one big slug, hence the 40,000 points we achieved in one 6 hour period last week.  That's be my guess, if your log file shows they were sent then just wait a while, it's probably just Stanford being slow.  If  not then post agian and we'll dig further.

Okey dokey, but I haven't had a WU recorded since the 2nd July although I've now sent 10 since Monday?

Try posting a question in the F@H forums - they can tell you whether or not the WUs are lost, or simply 'WIP' that will eventually appear on your stats.  They have sometimes held on to a month or so of stats from particular projects.  The other thing is to check your config file and make sure your name and team number are still in it!

I'm using the Folding as a service version and have changed your name to mine in the config file and nothing else. I have deleted and re-installed FAH again and will see what happens. It always used to work?

Thanks for the advice though...I'll check their forum too.

Have you marked it read only?  The original one posted on the forums overwrote itself each time a new WU arrived.  The current one is an amended version with amended notes.
