SLE - Squad Leader Evolution (working title)

I have an idea how we all could evolve and learn more as SLs. If we had a training match (played as a normal match though) or PCW against e.g. TP or 12 and recorded the entire match with HLTV. After the match the SL on each side (or just on one side) comments why he did what he did round for round and we attach the HLTV to the thread. Then the other SLs come with feed back on the tactics, calls etc and by that hopefully we all learn and maybe we fine tune our tactics. I think this could be useful for new SLs that will be appointed in the future (as I suspect we will not SL for the rest of our lives).

The easiest way for the feedback would be to have a SL team vs a Charlie team.

No harm in trying it to see hwo it works.  It is certainly a step forward from where we are today!
