note back from the printer that the desing will be fine. and that it will take them 15working days to do the lot [playing safe] so would be looking to try and get some money in advance, thats if u lot dont mind as i cant afford £200 shell out at the moment money is a bit tight

Sheepy - give me a call and I'll pay for them on my card - it will be easier than collecting all of the dosh BUT I'll let you collect the cash to pay me at the LAN if that's alright (I'll already be busy with the LAN fees etc).  My contact numbers are on the availability website.

I have paid for the glasses today by direct credit transfer.  The total was £206.10.

As the company used do not take credit cards(!) I had to transfer hard cash to them to get the order confirmed.  
Sheepy is in charge of the money collection, so:
If those who ordered glasses could arrange to pay Sheepy ASAP it would be much appreciated as I can then be refunded!
