I think the output file tends to show the time in the output data...
Should we like be syncing our clocks somehow then? :D

My server syncs from tock.usno.navy.mil and my PCs sync from my server.

From the Win XP help Program:

QuoteTo change the clock synchronization server:

If your computer is a member of a domain, your computer clock is probably synchronized automatically by a network time server. If your computer is not a member of a domain, your computer's clock is automatically and regularly synchronized by an Internet time server. This procedure provides information on switching to a different Internet time server.

Open Date and Time in Control Panel.
Click the Internet Time tab.
The Internet Time tab is not available if your computer is a member of a domain.

Select the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server check box.
In the Server list, click the arrow, and then click the time server you want to use.
 Notes

To open Date and Time, click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Date and Time.
Internet time synchronization updates your clock on a regular basis, but only when you are connected to the Internet. It takes just a moment and should not interfere with your work.
You can type the name of a time server if you want to use one that is not listed. Only time servers that use the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) will work. Inserting an Internet address that uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) will not work. For more information, refer to RFC 1305. You can obtain RFCs from the RFC Editor Web site.
The time server time.windows.com is operated by Microsoft. The time server time.nist.gov is operated by the U.S. government. Other time servers provided by your computer's manufacturer may also be listed.

Can one of you set up perfmon on the server to monitor CPU load, Disk IO and network IO this evening?

Just a thought? :)

Possibly a pointless query, but given how stretched my connection already is when I play, is pingplotter likely to have an adverse effect on my gaming?

My trace. Please note that I was not running CS on this computer so you can maybe use this as a "control" trace who knows.
