As I am going over to the hotel today with Smite & Squonk to do the pre-LAN reccie to plan the seating, cable runs and hopeful internet access, I thought I would also try to confirm with them the accomodation side of things. From the above the final list of twin rooms is as follows:

1. G Marshall + Benny
2. Valour & JB (Sheepy needs to call hotel to give address for confirmation letter)
3. A Steels + J Steels
4. Porter + Wiseman
5. Scott Ferguson + P Timmerman
6. Richards + Richards
7. Hunter + Williams
8 Squires + Pole

Sheepy, you need to call hotel to give them your address for the confirmation letter. The letter actually arrived with me!

To tell you the truth I never received one myself even though they have my addie :lol:

I will be posting a list of those booked later this afternoon, so you can check if you are on thelist and then call them to confirm if not certain.
