Mercenary on the Amiga was cool too. Find the block of cheese and find out it's one of the best flying machines available.
Special mention for the Kick Off 2 tournaments at university, except the cheating B******* who dive over you outstretched leg for a penalty

For sillyness Marble madness on the megadrive during a huge session with about six mates. Absolute quality!

The game that got me the most was Doom I played over thinnet coax on 4 486s. Usually spent several hours getting the pcs to talk to each other and then played all night or until we passed out. Awesome fun. This was closely followed by Doom II when that came out.
