I changed Antialiasing and Filtering and got the following

So it is safe to say then that altering some of these values makes others change too :)

Note that this is the graphics test FPS values and I am not sure if it is average or peak value. The in game FPS values are a bit lower. I think a lot of tweaking is necessary to get it 'right'.

I've an almost identical set up to Sadako, with the exception that I have an XP 2100+ CPU.

So I'm about 20-25% slower on frame rates. Still it's fairly respectable and quite playable. I'll see what happens when there are a few people on the server?
