SATA and Backup Software

Can anyone help, I am looking for software to back-up ("Ghost") my SATA hard drive, I was using Acronis True image but it does not work with a SATA Drive.  Has anyone tried Norton Ghost on a SATA drive - Does it work?  Would like to know before I buy!
