Consistently broke PCS map limits on cs_italy last night despite multiple server reminders for both him and everyone in general.  I issued 2 specific warnings and confirmed that the next transgression would result in him being kicked.  He never did make another transgression so he was never kicked, but this is just to make you all aware.

I got the impression that he had never read the map limits let alone what PCS was the way he was charging around.  Might be nice to have someone who was on his side last night comment on any voicecoms he was making after the warnings so we can better understand him.
