George Dubya it seems, doesn't want anyone outside of the good old US of A to see what he's planning for his next term (god forbid). So if you reside outside the USA you can't see this page

However the man creditied with securing the free world can't even secure his own bloody web site

So the normal site is blocked outside the USA but the secure web site? ...anyone can see.
