The server appears to have a hardware problem.  We are investigating and will report back further when the problem has been identified and a timescale for resolution known.  

In the mean time please hold, your call is important to us.

Server has been restarted, I am just updating the game servers and will be restarting them once the update process has completed.  They should all be up and running again within the next 15 minutes or so. The problem has not yet been identified, but the server has been moved to a new kettle lead and power outlet.  We are hoping that the problem was due to a fault with either the lead or the power outlet itself and not the server.  Fingers crossed......
