New Server IPs

I see that the servers have disappeared completely now

We believe our box crashed.  It is being restarted and the firewall rules wiped and re-written this morning.  Hopefully a little later today we will be up and running properly.  In the mean time please be patient peeps, we believe the end result will be worth it.

OK, thanks Norm, I was following the logs as you joined and I reckon the firewall is not yet fully tweaked.  Thanks for trying we'll get back on to HV.

Pings seem much better now. Servers were everything from 30 to 70 on Sunday. Now all showing 20 to 40 for me

All servers are still up and running.  I have been monitoring them all day and they are still up as we speak having first been restarted this morning.  Make sure that you have used the right IP?

I can see them all from work atm. Still can't get onto them yet so I guess we are still waiting for the auth port to be opened in the firewall.

5273 TCP & UDP  In and Out  - Auth Steam_IDs
27010 TCP & UDP  In and Out  - server browser
27012 TCP & UDP  In and Out - Security Modules
27015 to 27020 TCP & UDP  In and Out - Steam Servers
27040 TCP & UDP  In and Out - RCON

I'm speaking to their technical director now to see if I can get hold of the firewall logs and try to find out what, if any, ports are being blocked that steam needs.
