Ebuyer often have very good prices (but always do your homework on that front...) and have a great "comments" section for all their products. If there are a fair few comments  for what you're looking at you can usually spot the too-good-to-be-true products. Free postage on certain items (small light things like memory sticks) can be great, especially when the item you're buying isn't expensive. I've used their "enote" feedback/support system and had reasonable responses (semi-helpful technical feedback and usually answered within 24-48 hours, though sometimes there's no response for ages)

Found them usually OK but its took ages to return things.
Also takes a while for them to answer the phone.

i had a dented case (cost about 15£) and i wanted to return it. They sent out a replacement and didnt want the borked one back :) (more expensive stuff probably needs sending back.

im a regular at ebuyer. although there lack of phone suppprt can be frustrating. e-notes seem todo the trick.

I use ebuyer a lot and never had any trouble although i have never had to return anything which is usually the tester. ebuyer are unbeatable for case mods lights e.t.c on price

Use to use them for cases but have had 6 out of 10 damaged in someway(I know its  probably courier)so dont buy cases of them anymore.Apart from that have some good buys. One warning, give there own brand memory a ultra wide berth, trust me on this one. <_<
