Steam Monitor

All it tells me is that there is a large amount of traffic, it won't tell me what it's downloading???

Any suggestions?

u could check each game/program individualy.

play games > right click - select properties > It should say Ammount Aquired 100% somewhere.

u can at least find out whats still updating.

How long has it been since u last turned steam on?

Ah, it was trying to download the HL2 demo

EDIT: However, there is still quite a large amount of traffic, but it says my CS and my HL are up to date....

I havent had Steam running for a while, but left it on for a day so it could get all the updates.....

It shouldn't need to download anymore...
