Does anyone know this child?

I received an email from my Uncle. One of the hospitals in Phuket is trying to trace the parents of a child. I appreciate that there is a risk that this could be one of those "send it to everyone you know" stupid wind ups but there is a chance that it is legitimate also. I would rather take the chance that it is legit hence:
