Depends how thorough the PO is, most don't check the business address they just accept your label and payment.

I recently ordered an XP3200+ from OCuK and it had at least 6 small chips on the CPU core so I sent it back without even trying it. I received another and guess what, it was also chipped. So I gave up with them. They are obviously trying to ship OEM B grades out at a slightly reduced price so beware if you want an XP3200+, get it from somewhere else, that's my advice. I still don't have one .
