I can see a server on 213.152.32.253:17815 but not 213.152.32.253:27015

Has there been a typo? or am i stupid

Just incase steam is doing something funny, I've opened that port BB mentions to.

So give it a go. FYI, when I browse it using HLSW from the LAN, 27015 is open.

Really strange, I have my ports all open on the firewall and the server is running. I'm not running dedicated server so perhaps it is not set to allow internet users to access it.

Seems the update has been removed again.

Btw, can't see albert's server, but Blueball's was their about midday today.

Hopefully mine will be back in a while. I'm running dedicated server which may be why you can see mine.

Albert? Have you set sv_lan 0 in server.cfg?

Right, both servers up. Albert and Oldie have RCON passwords.

I've been trying all afternoon but Steam is knackered. Even though I have all the files I need to run a server (and in fact had it running earlier) I cannot start it because Steam is bushed. I'm giving up for today and will try again later

Nope still can't join it.

press join and it just refreshes the screen doesn't promt me for the password.

saying that if I try and join any of the others I just get kicked or it hangs up saying validating game reourses.

What am i doing wrong??
