Now that I have been exsposed  :D  here are the details you will require to secure your order for LAN Deal's.

I hope to order all components in one go,hence I need to put a payment deadline on,it will be the 11th April 2005.This will also help you by giveing me time to check, sort and RMA,so that I do not forget anything/anyone. :) Also give me chance to post out to those who want there kit before LAN.

To help me smooth the process furthur an e-mail to: norman@x-tremepc.biz with the subject line: LAN Deal ,would be appreciated. Include the following:

Real name (for your receipt)
The name I know you by
Your address:
Item ordered and price I gave you.
Also mention if you want me to check your item(might save a bit of heart ache at the LAN) :)

Payment is by cheque  to:X-tremepc, as cc/debit cards are too exspensive at the moment for my small business to absorb.I will not be submitting any cheques till the second week in April,a bit of a cooling off period for anyone if they change there minds.(an e-mail/pm if possible, thx)

I will be setting off at 6a.m arriveing at LAN by 9-9.30 Saturday morning,TL leave your mobile switched on,lol, just in case. ;)

EDIT:Suppose an address to send payment to would be usefull.  :lmfao:

The wife will have it in her handbag Jamoe, thats where mine always is. ;)

Seriously,I would prefer cheque if possible(lots of time to order a new book),although I'm only a small outfit, quite a substantial amount of money goes through my hands weekly, and a cheque is alot easier to follow,if you know what I mean.

np matey, just though it might be easier. Ill have to use the joint account :D instead

You can set off at that time and I can leave my mobile on, but I may nto be awake to answer your call.  Friday night tends to end at about 4am on Saturday morning after some serious drinking......did I say drinking?  I meant to say 'gaming'! ;)

Oh while you're here Norm can you get short keyboards, i.e. without the number pad and arrow key bit? I never use them so I don't want to have to pay for them.

I had an 88-key one from Maplin but it was pants, it's buffer kept over-filling when I held a key down, i.e. played CS, and it kept repeating keys.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Norm

Cherry do a nice short keyboard but they are £30 plus. 83 keys

Thnx Norm I'll take a closer look. Won't have it in time for the LAN though.
