MSN agreemenent

Hi guys,
This morning I've started my MSN and a weird thing came up when I wanted to start checking my emails.
When I click the link for new email messages on top it directs me to a page which says: Read the agreement thorougly (probably not spelled right but okay) and sign it.
It further says that: Your account of MSN is liable to the following agreements and/or declarations, to which will be referred as ' the agreements '.
-Serviceagreement of MSN;
-Privacydeclaration of MSN.
After that came a bit of bla bla bla....
I then have to put in my emailadress again and have to agree or disagree with the agreement.

Did any of you guys had it aswell and what's it for?

Had a short chat with Whitey on MSN.
Conclusion: they've probably made a minor change to the terms and conditions of MSN/email. they didn't ask for my credit card so can't be too bad.
