Benny's correct about the room booking . As for the payment of the venue itself that will be taken on the day - collected by a nominated individual(FatBob) and cost will obviously depend on who turns up

Google search revealed the following

That seems to list most of the available places in March. I would suggest the Oliver Cromwell hotel as its is on the high st and therefore can't be too far away.
