They're still as bad as ever!  

My motherboard died on the 6th August and I reported it the same day. I got an email on the Tuesday saying that it would be collected and to select a date,  I thought this was too good to be true and rather than selecting Wednesday selected Thursday to give them a better chance.   The collection time was 9AM to 5PM and so my wife stayed in all day and no one arrived to collect the package.  I tried to phone customer services but couldn't get through due to high demand (I'm not surprised), so I ended up sending an eNote which got answered on the 13th with no reason why the package wasn't picked up.  It just asked me to select another date  :angry:   I put down for collection today and sent another eNote saying how great the new service is!!

Lets hope the courier arrives today as I'm getting serious gaming withdrawal symptoms  :(
