His bad luck was to be standing semi concious in from of a war memorial, to get photographed doing it and to come under the gaze of the odious turds who write that foul piece of shite called the Daily Mail.

Repugnant as the Daily Hate may be, but there's no evidence they forced the alcohol down his neck and pointed him at the memorial when it started coming out the other end.  Even in my legendary squaddie drinking days, I managed to avoid wringing out my kidneys on passing war memorials even when utterly chitfaced - it's not difficult.

Still, he could have come off much worse...

I've decided to let them have to model in question provided that I get my name and website mentioned on the import screen as they've already said, and can provide confirmation in writing that they will only use it for this single use.

I'd suggest you offer them a non-exclusive licence to use the model for a specific game.  Whether you charge them or take a royalty on each game sold is up to you.

Whatever you do, make sure you retain the copyright of the model.

...Hence the reference to modules.  There are companys/individuals that write modules for Open Source CRMs for a fee.  Bearing in mind that you're not changing the original code, you can have a licensed module written/adapted for your mate's business at a much lower cost without infringing the OSS conditions.

CMS is not the acronym you are looking for.  CRM is the chappie.  Look for the Open Source ones, then look at the plug-in modules.

If you go for commercial versions, expect to spend too much on stuff you will never need/use.
