So, hello again guys, its been ages since i have posted anything on this forum, but i havent forgotten about it just yet :)

As i have seen that both Whitey and TL have started a EVE account lately, i figure its about time we get a list going of who is who. I will add my names in below, and if any of you are playing, and run into a question, please let me know and i will do my best to help you guys out. If anyone of you is intrested in trying you can also use this link for a 21 day trial account. For those of you already playing the game, feel free to join the channel Deadmen.

Bastet: Sekeris, Sokeris, Bastet Xante

Cheers,

As before in CS:S it all stands and falls with keeping to bounds. The few games i have played on public servers havent been very enjoyable.

Nop, i can get a local retailer to order me what ever i want. I am just not up to date enough on this stuff to know what goes together well (and there is enough that absolutely doesnt go together well)

It has KB/Mouse support coming apperantly. Its a nice game though, allthough it takes a bit more getting used to then a normal FPS due to the skill system.

Picked up a copy for myself and Marduk, see you when the servers get online :-)

Hi Gents,

Been a long while since i played with any of you, but heres hoping you all still remember me :)

I have been thinking about upgrading my PC on a budget of around 500-750 euros. This does not need to include the case and vid card (i have a koolance LQ case & GTX 480 card).

The other bits are currently way out of date. Does anyone have a good suggestion what mobo/cpu/ram/HDD to buy? Based on past experience i would prefer intel cpu's over amd.

Cheers and thanks,
Bastet

Might be worth starting up soon, they are redoing quite a bit of the game in the upcomming winter expension, which is two weeks out at this time.

This thread makes me quite glad i did not fork over the money for it. Maybe when it drops in price a fair bit.

Gents,

Tan and myself (as Sekeris) picked up this game again. Is any of you still knocking about in there? If so look us up on the Dead Men Walking chat channel. :)

Cheers,

Its part of the Learn with Portals education program: http://www.learnwithportals.com/, which sounds too cool for most teachers ;)

Its a cross between LSD, a hack and slash and a platform game. Some puzzles and the like tossed in.

I have started on this game, and i have to say its simply brilliant.

The crazy atmosphere from the first game is back. Floating gears, tears, and shrinkage all arround. Mix with weapons like a butchers knife, a hobby horse, and a peppergrinder. Add some enemies in the form of corruption sludge, teapots, ice sharks, pirate sharks and the likes.

At the moment i am in the second chapter of 5, and estimate the play time on at least 10 hours.
