dMw is Restructuring

This is just to let the membership know that the community will be undergoing restructuring to better represent the multi-gaming evolution being witnessed.

Work has already begun and details of the new structure and the people making it happen will be posted soon. Everyone will have a part to play as we grow and develop the community, taking it into its next level of evolution.
