as i said we have wisperd u ingame before the raid and you dident anserw, and after a discussion with the rest of the commander´s group wee have devided to move you to canceled.

i dont say that you can´t come anny more, instead of flaming, you should try work it out, and you are not working it out buy ending your posts with

you are just starting your own war.. so if u want to work it out, take a talk with the commanders. or Field Marshals and work it out.

i will sugest that you take a talk with the commanders since it is us that took that dessision, if u dont think it issent working it out than go higher and take i FM..

I wasn't there, but as Shadowscream stated in two posts, he was not going to start a rant nor a war. Maybe he should have asked a Commander or Field Marshal via PM or ingame, but he chose to do it here.
Now the way the responses came from the commanders I understand why he got a bit upset. Im not saying the commanders didn't have a fair enough reason to do so, but they could atleast have answered in some decent way.
The part about Shadowscream saying 'kid' and 'get a grib'.. As far as I recall Yrthal told him to grow up just a couple of posts before that, and most of the responses were very aggressive imho..

Again, Im not saying the Commanders did not have a fair reason to cancel his sign-up, but this thread is just silly. We're all one big happy family here in SOG, and I hope none will feel in hatred against other guildmembers for stuff said in a moment of 'passion'..

Sort this out in a nice civilised and calm way (I suggest ingame or TS) and get together and hug each other and put this in the forget-box:flirty:

I think the commanders need to realise that you didn'tgive him a reason before the raid.

A whisper is not informing a person unless he answers back. There can be alot of reasons why he didn't answer the whisper and almost all of them signal the fact that he didn't see the whisper, be it that he was AFK, he got disconnected or something else.

Secondly punishing someone for something with out getting a reason why he did it first is just idiotic. He could have had a valid reason, sometimes things come up fast and you have to run.  Seriously you are taking one single target out of 3 persons and punishing him with out letting him know first or hearing his reasons and you do it in a cruel way by first confirming him for the raid then removing him. you could easily have had him come this time and punish him the next run since he was already approved.

And since you are so keen on reminding everyone that you are real life persons, try remembering that the rest of the people in the guild are also real life people.


Lastly a completely unrelated thing. Commanders stop calling out targets on TS. you are increasing the length multi target fights alot and making the job of main assist alot harder since they have to wait for you to say the target and then chose the target. Unless of course the MA chooses one target you call another target and DPS goes on 2 targets.

If i wanted to attend more then 50% of the 20man raids i could easily lead the raids, not like it is hard.

I will keep you to your word om that 1. You can lead a raid if the commanders agree and see for yourself how easy it is... Specially if its a new instance. Not to mention loot issues and so on. Seems like ppl think its easy well its not. The tactics are easy enough but making ppl actually listen and doing them is a bit harder. Then the loot aspect kicks in and normally you have ppl going for it and sometimes pretty harsh. Then there is the ppl who think i wiped 3 times i need to afk out (yes we have had those). You think its easy, prove me that. That is with loot a fairly new group and aq20 since zg is known by most of us. Then talk to me again.
