It is totally unacceptable to me to see our members dicking about on the server particularly, as last night, when we have guests on board.

No it isn't OK to plant a satchel on your team because the admin needs to restart the mission.
No it isn't OK to be firing you weapon multiple times 'to test it' when tactics are being discussed.
No it isn't acceptable to try to shoot friendlies because the main part of the mission has been completed.
Yes you are expected to play different classes and, shock horror, even lead on occasions.

I would really like to nip this in the bud now before it becomes the norm. There's more than enough opportunity for fun and laughter when we actually play properly so why spoil it? What's next? Seeing how many of your team you can kill before the mission end credits roll?

OK. I'm Mr Grumpy and probably over egging the pudding here but I wasn't impressed with all of this at all last night, so much so that I've decided to take a break from ArmA for a while.

Yeah Sunday night was a not our finest hour and with another clan on the server by far.

It was a shame it happened and I hope as you say kill this off quickly and get back to us all really enjoying this game.

I know I am defiantly one for not taking the lead and I will be making strides to change.

Really wanted to have a game tonight but no one on. Aww well perhaps on Thursday. And Oldie, you can't have a break. Where would be be without the witty banter !

ok just to clarify we had to restart the mission, i planted a c4 satchel in our little group and asked permission to "let it go" i was told no and the mission restarted, i wouldn't have "touched it off" even if the mission hadn't restarted for a while, it was just because there was a little bit of banter there that i did it, and as i said it wasnt touched off.  After that normal service was resumed from me, except the usual tk'ing in helo's...we didnt play any flight missions

dont know who fired their weapon, especially the silenced 9mil into oldie.. wasn't me

as for shooting friendlies i did also complain and ask ppl to stop, the only time we have shot friendly ai is because the stupid AI helo wouldn't land and it was the only way

as for classes fair 1, i like playing sniper, if i cant get that i go for heavy mg....its just my comfort zone, and as i complemented you on last night you and benny are the best team leaders by a country mile nee by a galactic googleplex mile

there is no need to take a break mate, i will also play my part and help by reminding ppl not to break the rules, we all have fun playing arma see you tomoorow night

But....I really enjoyed my intro the other day, and would've been on last night but for a RL pub quiz.
