What do you know about the applicant? For example, how long have they been playing CS/CZ/CS:S, what interests do they have outside the playing of computer games, what do they do (work/education etc) and any other information you feel would be helpful in order for the Admins to get to know the applicant.

I can't say for sure how long Norms been playing cs, but I know hes been around since I started playing on the dMw servers, his interests away from gaming are pc's, pc's, pc's, & erm, pc's - he probably finds some time to fit his family in there aswell, which is a Mr's & 2 kids. He runs his own pc building company & he loves doing it too. Oh yea, & he's from Middlesborough.

Which character traits of the applicant do you think make them suitable for membership or best describe them?

A nice genuine helpfull guy who'll will do anything he can to help people with a love for the dMw community.

Which traits do not best describe them?

I can't think of a bad thing to say about Norm tbh.

How do you think they would add value to the dMw community if their application is accepted?

I think if you google'd "ideal community member" Norm would come top in the search

Have they ever been in a Clan before? If yes then which ones and why did they leave?

Never came up in conversation about his clan history prior to dMw.

Why did you decide to support their application?

Because hes a top guy who adds a great deal to the community & he's one of the few people who've took the time to talk to me since I became part of dMw myself.

What do you know about the applicant? Another northerner trying his best to make his way in a world where electricity is "magic stuff" and soap is er.."magic stuff". Tech background, does his computer bits on the side, as far as I know. Been playing CS for a while, with another clan which did what small clans do. Imploded.

Mature, helpful to the n'th, general nice guy, there aren't too many people on my messenger I respond to, he's one.

erm..smelly? Never sharp, cutting or nasty, impatient, incredulous, incompetent, incontinent.

How do you think they would add value to the dMw community if their application is accepted?
I think he pretty much already is part of the scenery, we'd just be reaffirming his position officially. I don't think I can add anything that people don't already know, helpful willing and able member.

I believe so, as said above, sketchy on details though.

Why did you decide to support their application?
He's been helpful to me in the past and and I've never seen him be anything but. In game he's a pleasure to play with (yeah very funny at the back).

I think I must have given the wrong impression there. I simply meant that as he was lavished with praise(quite rightly) and with 10(at the time) votes it looked like a shoo in for a particularly nice guy(hence the, I thought mildly amusing,  St. bit) There, quite a lot of text and no smilie.
