It's only twice the out level because we now clear bosses regularly. IN the early stages Out < In, we then had a Out = In period and now we are in the Out > In period. Split the DKP for MC and compare it to BWL and you find the same profile. So dividing it all by 2 would work, but it will mean tha tnot a lot of DKP is available to buy items early int he life of an instance and will still inevitably be the wrong amount long term. There's no perfect solution I figure

yeh but its starting to really become a problem w/ new guys having to catch up 1200 dkp before they even reach the bottem of the list, or is that just me imagining stuff

This is why I suggested the new DKP system for AQ40 and I'll be trying to set it up but I've been busy lately with exams and other things.

I don't think so, as most of the ones with 1,000 deficit are the RG2 members, most of the ones with the 1,000 lead are RG1. So on a like for like basis then yes it is generally (but not always) ok.

New guy wil get items when the old ones gots em.
We are hoping to keep the group stable so inflasion should not be too big a problem.

But a new system for AQ sounds nice.
Zero sum DKP is kinda bad for encouragin attendance when all we do is whipe:(
So a DKP per houor would be nice since that benefits the ones trying to learn a new boss rather then beeing there when somone else getts loot.

Bump. We need to agree a cut-over date from the old to the new. The system is there, we just need a test backup to run and then a conversion. From that point on we aren't in the hands of the Russian mafia

ye, i would have transfered the data earlier but im havin problems doin that, ive talked to Tenilia but he seems not beeing able to either.
And i dont have a clue atm whats going wrong.

Can we ask Teneilia to reconfirm the backup commands or can we ge thim to send us a backup at an agreed point? (ie between raids and when we have enought ime to do the import)?

Done, but had : You have provided an invalid activation key. : error, so can you please check everything went okee (btw this poped up after a sec or 10 of showing everything went okee and you can now log in)

Ye ill take a look at that Bastet and im going to try and figure it out myself TL, so i learn something on the way.
And once i know how to we can do it whenever we want. but i reckon any wednesday, friday or saturday would work, as there are no raids going on those days.
