Finally, 4 weeks after i sent the card and they have agreed to send a new card.

It will either be the same model or an equivalent so, what would you expect it to be?

Original card was 8800GTS 640mb so maybe a newer line?

I think the GTS250 is much the same card, so Id imagine one of these.

I'd imagine a refurbished 8800 GTS 640mb. You're very lucky if you get anything significantly better. Expect less and be pleasantly surprised if it happens.

Expect an 880 GTS 640 that's been dropped in transit and then you can be pleasantly surprised

Well 8 weeks on and many emails later, my new GPU has arrived.

It was sent to swindon instead of kent which was very helpful but finally arrived moments ago!

GPU was intact but the metal slot that sits on your case at the rear was bent so had to get some pliers and gently straighten it out again but its touch wood working as it booted into windows now need to test it in game.

Anyway i got a gts 250 as my replacement and i can safely say stay away from leadtek as if this was a bfg product as both ninja and i think tut will agree i would have had the rma done in just under 10 working days.

At least i got an upgrade so maybe it was worth the wait after all
