I think i was a bit grumpy this morning ... Anyways now I have found my dummy so somthing more constuctive

I have tried and tried again with him to bring him in and work with him. We have said he could be great tho he just cant help winding people up, Its not just me I get regular wispers from members regarding his attitude. Soc Lola Ame Semi Tirk to name a few

Gandy your comment sums up  the problem im having

"no more raiding for Jim. Even if we have to call a raid due to no healers."

I feel hes holding us to randsom knowing that he will get a spot or we dont raid.

So if anyone wants to take him on ya welcome to him ill just keep clear .. As all he is doing in the healer camp is driving a wedge into what are a nice bunch of people.

Was thinking about what you said with the officers being unhappy ââ,¬â€œ what Iââ,¬â,,¢d like to do is let you all know that me leaving was a REALLY bad decision and i came back hoping people could forgive me and realise that I know I shouldnââ,¬â,,¢t have moved on... DMR is like a home ingame for me, i love everyone and its a great guild, and until i quit the game / guild disbands i'm not gonna be leaving it again...


I don't know if you wanna post what i've said above to see if it will change their minds, but from the sounds of things it seems they're unwilling to give me another chance, everyone makes mistakes and Iââ,¬â,,¢d like the opportunity to prove I am a raider worth investing in.

I still maintain my original position on this and as last night proved, we do need ranged DPS/healer hybrids and until anyone can get close to him as shadow priest/whatever spec he will remain my number one pick.
He has been different since hes been back, and i havent had a problem with him, and again last night we had a load of ppl chatting in general channel which was cured when Hal said STOP ! so not just Jim on that point (although i know hes the biggest offender).
Jim is a good raider, anyone remember the last time he wasnt potted up/food buffed and had all his buffs out to the raid and ready to pull !
My  argument is that if you dont wanna hear him/hate his voice then mute him :norty:. If we see him giving it large in general we say STOP !
If you dont wanna talk to him in guild/party/raid chat then dont, thats all cool and the gang but i do wanna see him in our raids again melting/healing stuff.

I would like to get the others opinions on this soon as please guys.

Because if you dont want him round then i will let him know.

ok, personally I've never had a problem with Jim but as you all know, I'm a pretty easy going guy.

However, I do not want one member to drive a wedge in between us as we have a fantastic officer team and the guild is not worth one members feelings.

The only wedge that can get between officers is a cheese one and is eaten before damage can be done
