Friday Night is community night

Hi all,

From this Friday the Battlefield Bad Company 2 dMw server every Friday between the hours of 6pm to 8:30pm will be passworded.

Why you may ask?

So we can all play together as a community thats why .

The server password will be the same as the css meathook password and providing we have a good turn out i am sure you will all enjoy the evenings entertainment.

Feel free to join us on Teamspeak 3 and if you need any help getting the game going or just need a nudge in the right direction ask me or one of my team.

Be sure to come on teamspeak and there'll be load of people to give you starters tips. The server has been on the quiet side recently so if you want a practice session while it's relatively empty let me know I'll be happy to jump on to show you how it should be played.

As for a dedicate night, that's great news.

Regarding Friday nights i have moved this topic into the admin section for discussion.

At 6pm every Friday the server needs to go passworded and then be depassworded at 8:30pm.

It is our duty to make sure that on or around these times this is carried out as this will strengthen the game within the community as i have been asked by several newcomers for this to be done.

The password needs to be set to: k33ppr1v4t3

The password can be changed by:

• going to clanforge
• clicking on the profile tab to the left
• clicking the basic tab menu
• clicking edit
• input password into Game password box
• click save and keep tick box ticked for server restart
• click ok

Since the R9 patch you are no long able to add a password to a Ranked  server.  If you would like to be able to put a password on your server  you need to create a new profile, and choose an unranked option under  templates.

Well this spoils the easy switch over procedure that we would have had.

I'll look into how to make new profiles
