Guys,

Here's the proposed schedule for the w/e. Thanks to Toby and Ghost for their assistance.

Please provide your input but also consider game / server support for all.

Friday:

4:00pm BF2 vs. Matchup. - No Prize.. Just Glory

Saturday:

10:30 kick-off LFS: Shift 1 Timetrial - Running all day. Winner to be announced Sunday Morning

11:00 Cod 4 Tourney Begins

12:00 CS: Source Tourney

lunch

14:00 CS Deagle

15:00 Live For Speed - 10 Lap race?

16:00 LFD 2 Tourney

dinner

21:00 Arma II OA / Dog Fighter

SUNDAY

OPEN / WRAPUP / THANKS TO NINJA.. BLA BLA..

Sounds like a fine plan. Well done mate I think you've covered it. I'm sure half the LAN will end up playing bloody Starcraft II all weekend but what can you do ;-)

Yes well done, it looks good to me.

I guess my only thought would be to switch the CS tourney with the Deagle one so we have one en masse game then a break while the deagle comp runs and then another en masse game. deagle's a bit more felxible so it also means that it can run in parallel if we need to if COD runs over (just take off the 4 people we need at the time).

It's not biggie thought and your call.

Couldn't split the display one to monitor and one to projector tried lots of different ways. One more to try but not hopeful.

I have been trying to obtain "demo versions" of the game but so far haven't got the "demo version" to work on LAN only singleplayer currently. a copy that we could test at the LAN might be out by then.

We aldo need someone with the full game to say whether they can setup a lan game and see whether client LAN hosting works too.

From what I read on the Steam forum the dedicated server will be released at the beginning of April.

In that case I suggest no official server and people run it from their own machines.
