Anyone read this book yet? Trying to convince myself to drop £5 on it as it seems right up my alley.

Wisdom doesn\'t necessarily come with age. Sometimes age just shows up all by itself.  (Tom Wilson)
Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships. (Michael Jordan)

I've just got it so will let you know if you can wait :-)

I'm a quarter of the way through and thoroughly enjoying it. The reader reviews on Amazon are pretty much spot on. My only criticism would be the lack of tension the book conveys. It is (so far) very matter-of-fact but still a very believable story. The main character is great and there's some very nice humorous touches.

It's sitting on my e-reader in the queue of unread books.   Looking forward to it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the book (but never got around to posting about it here), so here's an article about it:

Ridley Scott has the film in pre-production.

Just watch Ridley mess this up. When was the last decent film he made?
