Is 'nonconformist' the word for dMw?

Just been having to write urgent clarlification about my 'roster squads' idea to reassure people that this isn't all about excluding folk or being too serious and controlling!!!

And I also notice that on the 'Which Nation do you like to play' poll that the majority don't have a peference...

So it strikes me that a word that is applicable to those that play the dMw way is 'nonconformist'...

* dMw people don't like to be tied down to 'controlled' clans.

* dMw people don't like to be pinned down to a particular type of play.

* TdMw people don't like it when people in the group appear to be trying to 'stear' the group.

* It's more about fun then competition (even though BF2 is a competative game)

Is that about right?  :)

well according to the oxford dictionary Ranger means:A wanderer; a rover.  (your a car?)
A member of an armed troop employed in patrolling a specific region.

so you have arms and your a lolly pop man?

Hehe, I know I'm getting off topic here, but yeah, it's about having fun. That said, I don't mind if the SL gives direct orders, i.e. 'Mono, quit hiding in that bush and kill some people (on the other team)!!!' or whatever. I can still have fun obeying orders. I think I'd have to draw the line at being ordered to stay at the UCB making sure the vehicles are nice and clean and the interior vacuumed, though...

When it comes to different roles, I'm open to new stuff. I usually play assault or AT but if required, I can try other things, as long as people can forgive a few mistakes  ;)  :dummy:
