Ranger and I where disucussing BF2 this morning (like you do when you work opposite each other!) and I happened to mention I'd enjoyed a game on a ranked server yesterday as SL and was pleased to see another dMwer ie Norm in the same squad.

Both Ranger and I have noticed this before, but Norm is tireless in his teamplay, I was playing AT and Norm Support and I basically had an endless supply of AT rockets thanks to Norm's un-selfish gameplay. Ranger commented he'd found the same thing when playing with Norm. He was always hustling around, making sure everyone was stocked up but also putting down fire where needed.

So just to say thanks Norm - I think you epitomise the good teamwork ethos of dMw and are a good ambassador for our community  :)

Let me know on which ranked server it was, maybe we can invade a ranked server together and start teamplay up there with a couple of us (also good 4 the ranking offcourse).
Lately a ranked server is more like running around on a public CS:CZserver, all headless chickens with no real objective. Once in a few times you get someone in your squad who actually uses VC and is cooperating.
Survivor of LAN V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XII, XIV, XVI, XVIII, XX, XXIV, XXX, XXXII, XXXIV and XXXVI so far...

Ranger

I have to agree...

He has been in my squad and I have been his squad leader on several occassions and he has been a very unselfish player...

He is quite willing to do the boring standing round and defending stuff when told to AND is alway there when you need ammo!

:)

Hope these accolades don't embarrace him - but it's nice to recognize players that exemplify the 'dMw way'...

[Tactical Gamer go further - they have special clan ribbons that they award to good team-players when nominated by thier fellow players.]

Good on you Norm.

:)

Your right Twig :D  :dribble:

What I dont understand is that in its description its says very powerfull but has massive recoil.I have found it is easier than the standard ones to keep "on target".
