Match Notes:
 
Raped,stuffed and mounted ....hard to believe this was the same team that we played a few weeks ago as a 3 v 5 match and never gave them a look in ...this was a walk in the park from them from the word go ...they hit incredible shots and TEAMSPEAK definately helped them "see when dead"...we could've gained a round or two back because they used more than 1 AWP ..but what was the point ?  

Must apologise for a few late calls in the match ...but we were on the back foot for most of it !!

Least enjoyable match i've ever played in....my only kill until about round 10 was Duvel......but it was a nice headshot  :blush:

They showed a supernatural ability at aiming at exactly the right spot at the right time with deadly accuracy.........wouldn't want to play em again...ever....

Unlucky guys. You had a damn fine run going there.

We were suffering with massive lag on BF2 too. I had given Baldric priority over the BF2 server hoping you guys would be OK. As you say, roll on BA3.

Yeah ...apologies to Doris/Hippy for not picking them for this one ...I used the squad rotation and it didnt work .......tbh ..think we would've struggled with them as well !!

I was disapointed tonight, not only with ending the unbeaten run but in the comments from our team, round after round of constant 'omg, BS, no way' and the like.  Sounded like we'd all lost 20 years and gone back to being 10 year olds.  

By all means get annoyed, vent some steam but do it to yourself, stuff like that is only gonna upset the rest of us.

Thought it was funny though, I was like: no way that guy could have shot me...checks top right of screen and Niel's name is showing. I'd rather get shot by you then by one of them.
I couldn't hit a thing as CT, very weird. I'm thinking of some new tactics on the right as CT as we got wasted easy up there. Not sure how it happend but the had great accuracy with their shots and their timing was stunning. Ahwell, up to the next game.

I know this has been talked about already but I really think we should look at using Teamspeak for matches.  I know it's not the dMw way but neither is using AWP's and we can use them in matches.  <_<  

At the moment we are not playing on a level playing field, all the other teams use Teamspeak and I don't think we should be put at such a strong disadvantage before we even start the match.  I would rather have Teamspeak banned from matches but as this is not an option, we should look at using it ourselves.  :devil:

Why not just have a "no teamspeak" rule when you challenge? We set other limits like 5v5 and 3 min rounds and no shields or only one AWP so why not have a no teamspeak rule too ?

Because its near impossible to enforce also Mad says its hard enough to get matches without narrowing down the spectrum of clans even more.

I got asked to be a clans 5th in a PCW last night, i decided to help them out. They used TS so i joined the server and they took it from there.

There was far too much talking when they were dead. It didn't really help at all, it hinderd my game play as i couldnt hear a thing.

Using TS to Call where someone WAS is pretty pointless because the player moves.

They were telling each other what to do instead of trusting the teammate to use his initiative and skill.

Overall im left feeling unimpressed by the advantages of TS. Maybe this clan wasn't using it 'correctly'.

Yeah I had a few digs at times, mostly when people decide to call eco round right after I spend all my money.  Happened twice last night, but one thing you won't see me doing is complaining about the opposition like I mentioned above.

Maybe I am as guilty as the rest, or not, either way it was out of order and didn't help one bit.  Should remember that for future.

"IF" ANYONE has any ideas for the next round whilst the majority of the team is dead ...and we are watching the last guy trying to win the round, then they should speak up .....sometimes the SL can be trying to think of another plan and one of the team may come up with a better one ...

ps ...it might also be worth stating that dgsDLM challenged us immediately after the farce when we played them with only 3 players ...I accepted ( perhaps wrongly now, as they would have known our tactics ) because I was under the impression that they wanted a proper game 5 v 5 ...ah well ..lesson learnt eh !!
