Can we extend charlie admins...

Just wondering if there is any way to extend the powers of those charlie members with public admin access to cater for baldric?
This thread shows the issue, they nearly didn't have an admin for last nights match although JB seemed confident that he would have enough access to manage things do Whitey/Duvel etc have admin powers on Baldric or can they be given powers similar to JB or was JB wrong when he thought he had admin powers or is this the longest sentence I have ever type without any punctuation?
