Play on ranked server. If you'll take a look before the servernames, some have like a sergeant sign infront of them. Those are rankedservers. Play on them and you can get points.
Just play the kits and see what happens.

finally i am on the dmw bf2 server yeyeye, but after 2-3 mins i was play by my self, i was kick by teamkilling? hello that is only me in the server? anyone help with that problem?

Did you join a squad? Bring up the spawn map and select the sqad tab and either join a squad or create one. If you don't then we have some software running that will auto-kick you after a few minutes.

The server will remind you. You will see messages on your screen like "Delanvital has 30 seconds to join a squad or be kicked"

You allways play a kit but you have to join a squad or create a squad.
