Well just don't bother posting then, some of us do so leave us be

For you lot with taste that do like golf,
Predictions? hopes?

for me I will be happy if it isn't won by Tiger Woods or VJ Singh, they seem to win virtually everything!

First time i have ever seen something liked this on these forums :P. I am a golf fanatic been playing about 7 years or so. Have watched all the majors since then. I am not sure if Tiger can win due to his mindset as is dad is very ill. Vijay looks strong and Mickleson is a strong favourite for the next few days from if his performance from last week is anything to go by .

Not much of a golf fan but i'm going to post anyway.

Tiger's mindset might make him more determined to win than ever though so may have a walkover. But then again it might make him so determined that he plays terribly, loses and has a nervous breakdown.

Hey ghosty,
Im a golf nut 2. there are a few players on these forums but topics on golf normally get slated but a few ppl,

(good walk ruined, pointless, boring old mans game etc)

hence why I asked them to stay awy from it, you raise some good points in what u2 r saying, Im just hoping that some of the europend guys put up a good show, I don't know why but they generally don't seam to perform at the masters.

Its a hard golf course. What you have to remember is this isn't a links gold course. For those who aren't sure what links means it essentially means how golf started out. The first course i think was St andrews. Many pro's get along well with links golf courses but less well on un manicured courses. I personally prefer the former but its to the specific golfers taste. Another point yes Europeans have had a few champions but not of late what we must remember is that these guys have to play against big names like Tiger. I must say i am rather disappointed with Garcia's performance so far he should have won a major in my opinion. Goosen and Els are still in with a chance though. My favourite golfer luckily is still invited David Duval :). I have his swing as i trained my self to have his swing ;). Also i think we must look at the wider picture yes Tiger can win but nearing the last tournament he pushed his emotions out and was able to play well but his emotions may mix up with his game we will have to see. Nice to see a fellow golfer though :P.
