The new (March) speed camera database is out for you to upgrade your speed cameras for your TomTom at Pocket GPS World. //www.pocketgpsworld.com

In addition to new locations, they've now marked each camera location with the speed limit.

Also, if don't like the default POI Warning sounds for the TomTom (the silly moo, bugle etc), you can swap them for POI Warnings that will let you know what the speed limit is when approaching the relevant camera . i.e. "Warning, Gatso ahead. Speed limit 30 mph". etc.

They're free to download and can be got from here:

http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/tomtom-poi-alerts.php

However I prefer the ones that I found elsewhere which are also free.

I use Checkpoint. I can sync the POI database (inc cameras) as often as I like. :)

Look for checkpoint and POIplace

It does depend on which platform you're using. I use PALM so checkpoint won't work.

S'ok - thanks though  :D

Stryker

Thanks, not for the sounds but for the fact it got me checking my warnings.  Now I'm yet to test it but it seems on my nice 910 I can type in my own warnings.  So when I pop out in a bit it should state "pig cam 30" when I near the met money machine down the road from me
